Hi,
Apologies for cross-posting
I'm very puzzled. I'm told by LexisNexis Butterworths that our usage of
their product (which is authenticated via Athens) was growing and
substantial in January to April of this year. However when I look at
the statistics reports generated by Athens I get a very different story.
I am particularly concerned as LNB have given me figures showing 409
hits on their database from my own username when I don't remember using
it at all in that month and Athens shows me not having used it either.
Does anyone else experience discrepancies between Athens reports and
reports from their suppliers? In our case we only use traditional
Athens authentication, we don't do IP address recognition or AthensDA
and there ought to be no other way for our users to access these
resources, so it leave me fairly flummoxed.
I'd be grateful for any wisdom anyone can share?
