Info Select is very good as well - like Idealist only rather more free
format and can send and receive emails directly if you want - which
become part of the database. But it isn't free.
If you are using Google then Google Notebook is a very slick way of
collecting information, although you would need to transfer it
somewhere more useful after collection.
