Hi - thanks for sending the data. Your data is not too bad, and
neither are the registrations. They're not fantastic though, so I
would probably recommend raising the threshold on the
mean_FA_skeleton to 3000 and re-running tbss_4_prestats to be a
little safer.
Note that with the new version of TBSS it will be easy to see where
the skeleton points project to back on the original data, which will
help this kind of evaluation.
