Subject: [AdHoc_IDC] Panama, Croatia are 3rd and 4th countries to ratify Convention
Dear friends,
According to the UN Enable website, Panama ratified the Convention on August 7th, and Croatia ratified the Convention on August 15th. Both countries have ratified the Optional Protocol.
http://www.un.org/esa/socdev/enable/conventionratif.htm
The link below to the UN Office of Legal Affairs shows that none of the four countries that have ratified the Convention have made any reservations or declarations. But it should be noted that some countries have done so when signing.

Bolivia also was the 102nd country to sign the Convention on August 13th, and the 57th country to sign the Optional Protocol on that same day.
Best regards,
