Thanks for this input Phil. You do not misunderstand. There has been a
chorus saying similarly re the accessibility issue here on the list and
this was validated in the DC-Ed AP meeting today here in Singapore.
Because accessibility is being covered in a separate application profile
module (I like your alternative term for this- let's see what the rest
of the group thinks!) it is out-of-scope for the DC-Ed AP. DCMI as a
whole needs to work out how to manage, for instance, inconsistencies or
cross-overs between AP modules, and so forth, and this will happen as
the DC-Architecture work informs and supports the development of such
modules and their presentation to the Usage Board for Recommendation.
That's the theory anyway.
