Paul, you suspect it's an issue with passwords? Have you taken an
account that has a problem, changed the password via admin gui, and then
retested?
All the passwords are created via the snapshot input file, it should
match whatever is there. And you could always lose the entire problem by
enabling an ldap login via your directory service, which will everyone
will appreciate.
