their offices in the South of England who will deliver detailed customer
understanding through the effective use of customer data analysis
techniques to assist profitable management of customers through improved
retention, effective cross sell and cost to serve. The company is seeking
a highly numerate, self-starter to join their young dynamic team, working
for an established brand in a joint-venture environment, during a very
exciting period of growth, where there are many opportunities to develop
additional skills. They are offering a very competitive salary for this

All candidates need a relevant undergraduate degree. SAS/Base & SAS/Stats
experienced. Good MS Office skills. Significant customer data analysis
experience. Understanding of data mining and statistical techniques.
Proven track record in the delivery of actionable customer intelligence.
Good understanding of Financial Services is essential. Good data
Interpretation skills.
