Hi,
You can download gcc 4.1.0 compliant sources from:
http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsldownloads/fsl-gcc4_1_0-sources.tar.gz
which will give you the 3.3.7 sources, these should be patchable to
3.3.11 by taking the avwutils, randomise and bet2 sources from their
respective directories in
http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsldownloads/patches/
and using them in place of the tar file sources.
