Hi - I though we'd fixed that in the setup scripts... Duncan is it
maybe because he doesn't have "." in his path and hence doesn't find
the "gcc" scriptlet?
No you don't need XCode installed to run FSL, a workaround is to edit
$FSLDIR/etc/fslconf/fslmachtype.sh
and change
gcc_version=`gcc -dumpversion`
if [ $? -eq 0 ]; then
to
gcc_version="none"
if [ 0 = 1] ; then
