Hi,
Thanks for the upgrade! It looks like a tour-de-force.
I noticed, however, that when I load masks that had appeared in one
location in FSLVIEW under FSL3.3, they now appear in a different location in
FSLVIEW under FSL4.0!
I also noticed that the new fslview gives a coordinate space, and that
my ROI mask is specified as "Scanner Anatomical" whereas my T1-weighted
template is specified as being in the "Aligned Anatomical" coordinate space.
Needless to say, this will throw things off, as I wish to extract the time
series for this mask. I assume this coordinate space speficiation is new.
To fix this problem, is it sufficient to re-flirt the ROI mask to my
template? If not, what should I try?
Thanks,
Matt
