I've been running randomise from the command line. Can you put up an
example of a design.con / design.mat for an experiment with a
cognitive / behavioural condition (nuisance variable), for those of
us using design_TTest2 (I've occasionally had problems with cygwin/
FSL3.3 launching GUI...yet to tyru FSL4.0)? It looks like it should
be straight forward with the Glm, so I apologise if you think my
query os covered by that....
