HERITAGE 2008 is organized by the Green Lines Institute for Sustainable
Development. It aims to gather in an International Conference worldwide
expertise on the relationship between Heritage, Human Development, Natural
Environment and Building Preservation and thus to promote significant
discussion
on these relevant topics.
Vila Nova Foz de Coa is a town and archaeological site well known for its
pre-historic art rock engravings classified by UNESCO as World Heritage since
1998. Vila Nova de Foz is located in the Vineyard Landscape of River Douro,
which is also UNESCO World Heritage.
