Hi SPMers,
I have recently upgraded to matlab 2007a and SPM5. At the end of
realignment I get an error message that SPM does not have permission to
write the realignment parameters file (rp_name of file.txt) and is unable to
print or display the realignment graph (spm5.ps). Has anyone seen an error
like this before? I have checked directory permissions of the raw data
files and they all belong to the same user that is working on matlab/spm or
they have been modified so other users have write access.
Thoughts or suggestions would be much appreciated,
Ben
ps- our current version of RedHat (Enterprise, I believe) requires a force
command ('-f') in order to complete even the simplest linux commands (e.g.,
cp, mv, rm). Could this play a role?
