This is perfectly correct.

It should have worked, but unfortunately, there was a bug in the code, which caused the display-tool to ignore the setting you selected. This has been fixed now and the corrected version can be found on our website.

These files, which represent the MNI tissue probability maps normalised to the colin27 space (by segmenting that brain and applying the inverse of the derived deformation field. They are basically of no great importance but just used to provide the "probably gray / probably white" information in the results-screen.
And indeed they were in the wrong orientation in the last release. This also has been corrected now.
