Good morning!
I am wondering if anyone has gone the process of 'mapping' the content,
layout and analysing use (by both users and staff) of their library
website. For usage I am particularly interested in the way people
actually use the site.
We are in limbo a bit here at Salford but I am curious to see who has gone
through this process and ask how you went about it. Also, has anyone run
or does anyone currently run focus groups for the website?
