While this may be true, it should not be forgotten, that Swets isn't COUNTER
compliant at all. They have never implemented Release 2, ceased to be compliant
18 months ago, and have been deleted from the only authorized list of COUNTER
compliant vendors which is maintained at the COUNTER website. I have been told
that Swets will be going through the necessary audits after the next release of
Swetswise (scheduled for September), but I would hope that they already
implement the necessary changes in that release. It would be interesting to know
whether their XLM reports that are probably available through the SUSHI protocol
for automated delivery to ERMS, adhere to the standard or not. Has anyone
experience with that?
Best regards,
