As a more general point, it can be useful to print the WN hostname from
a job script to help with debugging, and it's a pain when you get
something like "wn004" or even "wn004.gridfarm" which gives you no clue
about where your job ran. Is there any reason for admins *not* to define
a sensible domain name, even if it isn't strictly needed?
