*** Apologies if you have received this message more than once***
Dear All,
The DCMI (http://dublincore.org) has commissioned two of the best
professionals in the field, Dianne Hillmann and Jon Phipps, to review the
current state of the DCMI website and suggest how it can best be improved
to become more useful to its users. Part of this assessment includes a
questionnaire survey.
If you have ever visited the DCMI website, if you use DC for your
institutional repository, if you teach about metadata and refer to the
DCMI website (or if you visit the DCMI website for other purposes), or
if you visit the DCMI website for any other purposes, we
would like to hear from you. Please fill in this questionnaire as it is a
chance for actual users to have their say!
If you experience any problems accessing the survey please do let me
([log in to unmask])
and/or Diane Hillmann ([log in to unmask]) know and we
will attend to it straight away! Your
opinion counts!

From DIANE HILLMANN
"As part of a program to evaluate the Dublin Core Metadata Initiative
website and documentation, a survey has been developed asking a broad
range of users for their feedback on the Dublin Core web presence
(http://dublincore.org). The survey is available at:
<http://www.priority-research.com/survey.php?sid=9492697A75255BD58561B5AAE1827094>
Results will be anonymous, but in hopes that some responders will be
willing to provide additional feedback, a place for names and emails
is included to allow more in depth interviews as well. Members of the
DCMI community are encouraged to distribute the questionnaire
announcement to those who might be interested in assisting in this
website review. If distribution is made to mailing lists, please
copy Diane Hillmann ([log in to unmask]) on the distribution email so
that the review team can track how broadly the questionnaire has
been seen. The questionnaire will be available through Sept. 5 only, so
please don't delay in your responses."
