Oh... I guess that would be my cue then!
This raises a point that is one that needs to be addressed in general: despite the growing role of HERs and Units within the field of archaeology, the fact that they are not academic institutions often creates a real financial limitation on their ability to access data.
www.theses.com is but one example, software is another, and of course there always remains my personal favourite, OS Data (more a point for units than HERs... but as that HERs require units to use them there is an issue).
It is, I feel, an issue that needs to be addressed, but in my view (limited though it may be) it needs an academically affiliated organisation to spearhead it.
This is not to pass the buck, as it were, but such issues frequently get more mileage if addressed from the inside, and this case while Universities may or may not hold the pass key, they are at least inside the curtain wall.

Apologies - as we sit within an academic institution it is availble to me
immediately and I don't get a subscription prompt so was unaware of the cost

Thanks Catherine for the link to http://www.theses.com/, however at over
£400 per year subscription I doubt whether many HERs will be signing up!
