Hi Christian et al.,
Just a quick follow-up.

What do you recommend using as the mask input for randomise: the mean of
the component-of-interest (COI) for both groups, or the sum of the COI?
Also, does this need to be a binary mask?

Currently I tell MELODIC to output only thresh_zstats and probmaps
(Ostats). Should I be using the original ICs (Oorig or Oall or avwroi) for
input into the higher-level analysis?
Thanks again for all your help.
