Hi - yes the outputs from the tensor fitting include FA, the 3 tensor
eigenvalues (L1, L2 and L3), and the MD. So it's easy to also put any
of them that might be interesting into the TBSS stats, or form new
measures such as ADC from the eigenvalues (though I have a very vague
memory of seeing somewhere that someone showed that of all the
anisotropy measures, FA was the most stable).
