Hi,
I've been trying to analyse some DTI data over the last few months
using TBSS and Randomise.
I have a few quite basic questions, because a number of recent emails
regarding stats - orthoganols, etc - have slightly confused me.
I have a reasonably simple DTI experiment: a controls group of 9
subjects, and a matched group of 9 experimental subjects. We are
interested in finding any regions within the cerebrum or cerebellum
which exhibit group differences in FA. To do this I used randomise,
specifically the two-sample unpaired T-test.
What we would like to do after that, is correlate the results at the
potential anatomical sites with behavioural results we collected, for
each individual. To do this we would need the FA values at each
anatomical site. How does one get this?
Is it acceptable to just correlate FA values with behavioural data,
or would people recommend something else?
Thanks for any advice
Suzanna
