Hello,
I have a question about the paper written by Steve Smith et al
NeuroImage 31 (2006) 1487-1505. On page 1494, talking about
multiple-comparison correction and why the Bonferroni correction would
be over-conservative there is a sentence saying that "typically the
final skeletonised FA data have intrisic smoothness of order of 4mm
FWHM". Is that because the resolution of the acquired images is
typically between 2x2x2 mm^3 and 4x4x4 mm^3 while the final MNI
resolution is 1x1x1 mm^3 or for what other reason?
Many thanks,
Laura
