Look for $FSLDIR/bin/Nudge_gui. Since it is a mac with a default non
case sensitive filesystem, some files are named differently from the
Linux version. (I guess the trick with gui versions of the tools
starting with capital letters while command line tools (with the same
name) start with a lower case letter, does not work with non case
sensitive filesystems; then again on my mac there is no "nudge"
command line tool...)
@Dianne, try to run Nudge_gui in the terminal (if you have set
$DISPLAY) or an xterm window under X11 and see how it works. I for
one prefer freesurfer's tkregister2 for registration purposes, but
this also is a bit awkward.
