Hello,
I am testing out bedpost on a new system and am wondering if a total
running time of ~4hrs seems odd? In the past, on a different but similar
system, my experience has been that it takes nearly 20hrs to run.
Here's the scoop:
64 bit linux
FSLv3.3.11
CPU=2.6ghz
MEM=2gb
DTI data:
2x2x2mm voxels
12 directions
single b=0
FOV=256
64 slices
Everything seems to run fine and all of the files look OK. I do not get any
error messages, other than the 'unexpected EOF' bedpost error--but from
previous posts that doesn't seem to be a problem. Probtrack runs just fine
on the processed data.
Would you expect bedpost to take considerably longer than 4hrs?
How long would you expect the FSL sample/tutorial data run through bedpost
on this system?
Any help is greatly appreciated!!
