Hi - MCFLIRT is specifically tuned for FMRI data at typical
acquisition parameters, I would probably recommend instead using
FLIRT, writing a batch shell script if necessary to apply it to the
whole timeseries (using avwsplit - flirt - avwmerge etc.)
