Hi - the masking applied is fairly liberal by default, so it may just
be due to that - however if the activation outside the brain in
standard space is more serious then there may have been a problem
with the regsitration - you should start by checking the registraiton
report page created by the higher-level FEAT and linked to from the
main higher-level FEAT web report page.
