Hi Tim,
Thanks for the link - when I tried to create a mask with fslview I had
a problem with loading it in probtrack: first as soon as I scrolled
through and found my mask.nii.gz file an error message popped up from
the FSL GUI, which I couldn't interpret (I can send you the specific error
message if you think it would be helpful). And then there was an error in
the probtrack log file said I had a bad header and that therefore the
file could not be read or opened.
Do you know what might be causing this?
I tried creating a mask and loading it with both my own data and the fsl
example data. The same problems occurred.
Thanks for your help,
emily
