'Gaspar Noe's "Irreversible" (2002) might fit if you are also after
films that 'appear' to be one shot, but are actually multiple takes
spliced together digitally. Of course, this particular film has
obvious temporal gaps that compress "real time" into screen time as
the narrative unspools backwards, but the edges of these jumps are
themselves somewhat elided by digital trickery, giving the film the
semblance of a single shot (making it yet another example of the
brutality of time).'
the film wouldn't be in real time if you put it in the right order
though... would it? i haven't seen it in five years, but even then i'm
pretty sure it has cuts both within sequences and, obviously, between
sequences. it certainly doesn't have the appearance of a single take.
