2007-07-02. Public Comment is being held from 2 through 30
July on a set of editorial revisions to existing DCMI terms
[1] and on a proposed set of classes for use as domains and
ranges of DCMI properties [2]. Domains and ranges reinforce
the natural-language definition of a property with explicit
statements that support inferences about the type of resource
being described. Interested members of the public are
invited to post comments to the DC-ARCHITECTURE mailing list
[3], including "[Public Comment]" in the subject line. After
Public Comment, the proposal will be submitted to the DCMI
Usage Board for finalization.

I would like to draw the attention of this group to the
following proposed ranges:
dcterms:title - rdfs:Literal
dcterms:date - rdfs:Literal
dcterms:description - rdfs:Resource
Pete Johnston has posted a summary of the issues and trade-offs
involved in assigning these three ranges [1]. Please post any
comments on these proposed range assignments to this list.
