Yes, I find this happens to me, too at times. My way round it is often
to reverse the sorting order, e.g. so that you see the most recent
resonances at the top of the list (which is reliable). But here the
resonances had very definitely been put into the shift list 'None'
(checked by toggling the Shift List pull-down menu). But things seem to
have sorted themselves out now.
