Hi Johnny,
Analysis does handle these pseudo-3D experiments, although there are
things to be cautious of when you load them. - The axes have to be setup
right in the spectrum parameters for the non-frequency dimension. You can
tell when you have a pseudo-3D properly loaded because you get a window
with plane buttons, rather than the usual slider. Maybe Wayne can offer
some advice on loading if you didn't get this. As far as I remember we can
handle these spectra in NMRView/Pipe and AZARA formats. Maybe you loaded
things in as UCSF/Sparky? - I'm sure we could cope with these if we can
see how things are setup...
Assuming you have or can get things loaded, when you look at a pseudo-3D
in the ExperimentSeries setup, all the condition points for the different
planes will automatically appear. - Although you can still adjust numeric
values. With series points derived from planes the intensity analysis
works in the same way as with multiple 2Ds.
