Hi Johnny,
I think we might have to rename "Rates Analysis" to "Intensity Analysis". ;-)
I would suggest making an experiment series with condition type set to
"Time", then add 6 sample conditions, pointing each one to the 6 H/D
exchange HSQC spectra and setting the Value (and probably Unit) for each
time point.
If you run the Rates Analysis then hopefully you can find a fitting
function that will work well and allow you to plot graphs for your amide
intensities [Show Function Fit]...
