Hi Tim
Lets start at the end! I am afraid that yet again my prose and the
medium of e-mail have proved to be a poor medium for the transfer of

I am afraid this wasn't what i meant at all. The turn round and
responsiveness of the ccpn team is _absolutely outsanding_ and something
that many many commercial software houses could look upto, so sorry for
the confusion. What i was trying to say is that this gui 'problem' is
quite hard to work out if you don't follow what happening

Nope that wasn't quite the confusion, what had happened was that I had
selected a list item clicked clone list seen the 'now pick another peak
list' dialog box come up [not realising it was a true modal dialog],
clicked while the dialog box was up and seen the clone button change to
'cloning peaks' and then wondered what was happening...

see the the above I was still confused at this point!

I have tried the fix and it is much better

Indeed I realise this now bu the message is a bit confusing

well yes but it could be better (though I appreciuate other things may
take presecedence) see one of my later replys to Rasmus for more details
