Web and Learning Technology Manager
School of Biological Sciences
We seek an experienced learning technologist and web developer to manage
our e-learning and web provision. You will offer professional advice and
support to academic staff across the School in their selection and
implementation of educational technologies and will provide technical
expertise to implement those technologies. In addition you will have
oversight of the School's web provision, managing the overall design,
structure and content of the School's sites, designing and implementing
new tools and overseeing the work of a web developer. To succeed in this
role you must have a relevant degree or equivalent qualifications and
experience in similar roles. You will combine excellent technical
skills, an appreciation of relevant pedagogy, and extremely good
organisational and communication skills.
