Haven't used that flag in a while... anyway no more real fixes for
the next month or so while we change over to the new framework (we're
hoping you'll all be on holiday!), but try the following... in python/
ccpnmr/format/DataFormat.py, line 7290:
self.existingPeaks.pop(self.existingPeaks.index(peak))
change to:
if peak in self.existingPeaks:
self.existingPeaks.pop(self.existingPeaks.index(peak))
Let me know if that works...
