The Starlink (non-Java) source code has been moved from the RAL CVS
server and converted to a subversion repository at the JAC.
You can check the source code out and build it using
svn checkout https://starlink.jach.hawaii.edu/svn/trunk starlink
and you will need a svn client built with SSL support and version 1.4 or newer.
You can see if there have been any changes to your favorite package
recently by going to
http://starlink.jach.hawaii.edu/viewvc/
The repository now also include SMURF, SURF, SPECX and FLUXES so there
is no longer any need to get those packages from the JAC separately.
ORAC-DR is in a separate repository available with
svn checkout http://www.oracdr.org/svn/trunk oracdr
and
http://www.oracdr.org/viewvc
for changes.
