Absolutely we should. I meant to send an email to the starlink@jiscmail
mailing list but forgot.
Still need dev.starlink web page instructions updated and the nightly
builds switched (and a mirror of svn repository).
I assume that pserver is still required for Java access? (although I
should rearrange the old repository so that people don't get the rest of
the code by mistake)
