It's only about 40% uploaded, even though I am using my neighbor's
wireless connection that is far faster than mine, so if you are still
awake, celebrating the glorious July 4th, 1776 victory of the Colonists
over their British oppressors, please give this about another half hour or
so. (Unless I get caught, in which case I will have to start over.)
This is a pseudo-universal distribution; you can delete the part that
doesn't apply to save some space.
