RECORDS MANAGEMENT OFFICER
Salary: £20,645 - £26,332 per annum (pro rata)
14 hours per week
Girton College is seeking a Records Management Officer to maintain and
develop the College's records management system. The system, which was
established following a three year project, encompasses both paper and
electronic records. The post holder will also be responsible for ensuring
that the College complies with the requirements of the Freedom of
Information Act.
The appointee will hold a qualification in records management and/or
archive management. He/she will be able to demonstrate good organisational
and administrative skills, be able to work with minimal supervision and be
able to present and communicate information clearly both in writing and
orally. Good interpersonal and IT skills are essential. Experience of
working in a senior records management role is desirable, as is education
to degree level or equivalent.
