An exciting government body are looking for an experienced Records
Administrator. The successful candidate will have previous Records
Management experience and Public sector experience. The main duties are
maintaining records and documents owned by the department, this includes
maintaining access rights, applying retention schedules and reviewing
documents for disposal. The successful candidate will also be required to
guide team members towards compliance. Making sure all documents have
appropriate titles and extensions and making sure they are not duplicated.
This is a great opportunity to get into a 6 month temporary assignment;
being involved form the start of a project until the end. The role is
paying £23,000 per annum. It is to start ASAP and is based in the West End
of London.
