Dear All,
I warmly endorse today's call for more participants.
Here's to a healthy balance in on-line representation
of diverse views/research paradigms.
"What does concern me is when the means to achieve the
end (strengthening the knowledge base) become
inconsistent with educational and indeed research
outcomes. Living educational theory should not be
forced on anyone be they undergraduate, post graduate
or whatever as the only way to go, it's all about
values etc. - that's not education, that's
indoctrination." (Barra Hallisey, posting 25/06/07)
At BERA '07, I'll be presenting on use (and abuse) of
on-line seminars,
