I think I've fixed both of these problems, but only in the local version
of SPM5 (ready for the next set of updates). Try installing the
attached files to see if they work. I couldn't test the second fix
because I no longer have access to MATLAB 6.5.
Best regards,
-John

Subject: [SPM] Problems since revision 826
Hello
I wonder if any of you could hazard a guess at what seems to be wrong.
Since I downloaded and installed revision 826, I have been having 2
different problems, neither of which occurred before the update.
***********************************************
1) Realign no longer works. The error message is......
??? Error while evaluating uicontrol Callback.
??? Undefined function 'realign_unwarp'.
2) When setting up 1st and 2nd level analyses, when I try to save the
jobfile over the old one, it won't.
The following error message is produced .....
D:\Program Files\MATLAB6p5\work
??? Error using ==> strfind
Inputs must be character arrays.
Error in ==> d:\program files\spm5\spm_jobman.m (save_job)
On line 1423 ==> extind = strfind(cll(:,1),defext);
??? Error while evaluating uicontrol Callback.
*****************************************
If it has any bearing, we are still on matlab version 6.5, release 13.01
Hoping you can help
Rachel
