Dear Rik,
Here is a related question. Under the assumption that slice timing has
aligned all your slices to the same onset time, why would one want a
microtime resolution. Shouldn't temporal resolution be equal to time
of acquisition of one volume?
Post slice timing, the model should be that all the slices in an image
volume have been acquired at some impulse function, i.e, a set of
volumes were acquired at times that can be represented as a series of
delta functions.
