Markus,
On Unix, you can issue this command within the vbm5 v1.11b directory:
grep VRPV *.m
These references are returned:
spm_max_nS.m:function [N,Z,M,A,R] = spm_max_nS(X,L,VRPV)
spm_max_nS.m:% FORMAT [N Z M A R] = spm_max_nS(X,L,VRPV)
spm_max_nS.m:% VRPV - pointer for the RPV image
spm_max_nS.m:VRPV = spm_vol(VRPV.fname);
spm_max_nS.m:XRPV = spm_sample_vol(VRPV,tmpx,tmpy,tmpz,1);
In Windows at the command prompt, a similar search is:
find "VRPV" *.m
There is no VRPV variable name in wfu_pickatlas.

Subject: [SPM] error message in matlab
dear list.
can someone explain the following error message in matlab?
i wanted to look at results i estimated a few weeks ago. it worked
without
problems at that time. now i get results in the glas brains. but i am
not
able to see the results after pushing the 'volume' button anymore. even
after restarting the computer and estimating a new model, the error
occures
again.
(for information: since installation of the toolboxes wfu-pickatlas and
vbm5 i have to change the order of both toolboxes in matlabs 'set path'
everytime i restart matlab (after changing the order and saving this),
because vbm5 is placed at the top by itself.)
the error code is:
SPM5: spm_results_ui (v$Rev: 656 $) 11:13:55 - 28/06/2007
========================================================================
SPM computation : ...initialising
SPM computation : ...done
SPM computation : ...done
??? Input argument "VRPV" is undefined.
Error in ==> spm_max_nS at 36
VRPV = spm_vol(VRPV.fname);
Error in ==> spm_list at 415
[N Z XYZ A] =
spm_max_nS(zscores,varargin{2}.XYZ);
??? Error while evaluating uicontrol Callback.
please can help someone? i promise, i did not change a thing in matlab
or
spms codes.
thanks markus
