Facilitation Working Lunch
Chairing, hosting, stimulating? Whatever you call it, facilitating a discussion can be hard work and requires the right skills.
Experienced trainers from The Environment Council will provide theoretical advice and practical experience. Join us to learn how to facilitate better discussions and manage more effective meetings and workshops.
This Working Lunch will map out the challenges of being a good facilitator and provide you with essential facilitation skills and techniques including: listening and questioning skills, tips on managing group dynamics, ice breakers and energisers, recording skills and participative evaluation techniques.
