This is perhaps why I will never write a memoir; I'm sure my memory of
conversations etc, is all too skewed!
And as people often recognize when I just open my mouth & gab, I can
achieve all kinds of unintended consequences! After all, memoirs are
just another form of gossip, which we love, unless it's about us...
(that 'we' being 'I', i guess...).
I'd be telling all kinds of people that they had misread & that no
'hurt' was intended (as in some of the reviews where i couldn't find
much good to say of something...).
((gentle , perhaps ironic, smile over all that?))
