Hi Andrew,
Thanks. I have tried it out with a local example of the use of
Podcasting here at Leeds.
Terry.

I've set up a Delicious (http://del.icio.us) account for the UK HE
Podcasting Network.
http://del.icio.us/UKHEPodNet
If you are saving bookmarks to your own Delicious account you can add
the extra tag UKHEPodNet along with other tags you select. Anyone doing
a Delcious-wide search for that tag will come acroos anything that has
been tagged with UKHEPodNet.
Alternatively or additionally, you can now add the UKHEPodNet user to
your network. Delicious says "To add a person to your network, you can
type their username (UKHEPodNet) into the add box on the right side of
your network page. Or, you can use the add username to your network link
in the grey bar at the top of other people's bookmarks pages"
Now you will see UKHEPodNet listed as being in you network whenever you
submit a new bookmark.Clicking on the 'for:UKHEPodNet' link will
automatically send it to that user for review.
Hope this is useful.
