The fitness adviser should not have access to OH records. He is going to be
most put out, I am sure, but as you manage the service you are responsible
for ensuring the records are dealt with in an appropriate manner including
how hey are stored and who has access to these records. I would raise this
issue with the fitness adviser and the admin staff so that everyone is
clear.
