The School of Historical Studies at the University of Leicester has just
advertised a post in 'Global History post-1500', open to scholars
working on any part of the non-European world. Several of the areas of
specialization fit in with current concerns in the History of STM and
well qualified candidates are encouraged to apply. The post is a 'new
blood' lectureship, so the holder has a reduced teaching load initially
